The workshop is intended for those working in third sector organisations and who require an understanding of the legal context of their work. It will cover the legal context of board-staff relationships and approaches to their management, risk assessment and mitigation and their legal consequences and recent changes in legislation and their implications for third sector managers.
Speaker Bio: Colin Liddell is a highly experienced solicitor and one of the leading legal experts on charity law in Scotland.
