The MBA is ultimately a career tool and the whole programme is geared towards supporting students in their professional development. Many students will be using the MBA to facilitate career progression or a change of direction.
The My Career programme focuses on building students' skills and networks and creating opportunities to develop their own career. This is supported by:

In tandem, the LPD programme provides each student with the opportunity to reflect on and refine their own personal leadership style in order to advance their career.
