The Business School is committed to equal and fair treatment of all its staff and students. This work is led by the School's Equality and Diversity Committee.

Our work is guided by an understanding of how historical and social differences affect the experience, interest, and potential of our staff and students. We are therefore strongly committed to working to address and undo the effects of structural, institutional, and systemic inequality and injustice that confront socially and culturally marginalised students and staff.
