If you are already registered with EASE

If you had an EASE account as a student, you can use your student Universal User Name (UUN) and password to get access. This applies to all students who studied at the University from 2004 onwards.

Never used EASE or forgotten your UUN?

If you have never used EASE you will need to find out what your University assigned login (EASE UUN) is. IS Helpline can send you this information. Included with their response will be a one-time password which you should use to register once and set your own password for future use.

Note: You only need to register once.

To get your UUN and register with EASE you should contact Information Services Helpline (24-hour service):

Please include or have the following information to hand:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your home address
  • Your personal email address
  • The Business School programme/degree you graduated from
  • Year of graduation
  • Explain you need your EASE UUN and instructions on how to register with the EASE service
