Types of project
The MBA Consultancy Project is all about strategy. Projects may cover any strategic business or management issue in any commercial, industrial, public sector or non-profit organisation. Examples include:
- Evaluation of key performance measures in your organisation
- Market analysis and new market entry strategies
- Examining organisational structure in the context of a strategic review
- Feasibility studies for new products or ventures
- Reviewing recent sector developments and assessing their impact on your organisation
- Developing a business case for a new CSR initiative
