Overview
A practical, entry-level online course offering foundational knowledge in compensation and benefits tailored to the international NGO sector. Over four weekly modules, participants will explore how to design and implement fair, equitable remuneration systems within their organisations.
This course is offered through Project Fair, a University of Edinburgh research project focused on supporting international aid and development organisations to develop and promote fairer HR and reward policies and practices. It is directed and facilitated by Mariana Oliveira, a senior rewards specialist with almost 15 years of experience working with international NGOs covering over 70 countries.

Pre-requisite: Intermediate knowledge of Excel

Format
Four live sessions (2.5 hrs each) and weekly homework.
Please note that the sessions will be held in Central European Time (CET).
