Alex Acland is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson and is Head of the UK Education Practice. He specialises in recruiting for top roles within academia. For over 50 years Odgers Berndtson has delivered executive search, assessment and development to varying businesses and organisations. Alex predominantly focuses on recruiting leaders of schools, business schools and universities, and has been actively involved in the sector since 2001. He has worked with a wide range of clients including Cass Business School, Cranfield School of Management, Eton College, INSEAD, Radley College, The Purcell School and the Universities of Southampton, Edinburgh and Oxford.
