Overview

Everyone is talking about Artificial Intelligence but what do we really understand about it, and how will it impact our jobs and our lives? During our annual half-day event in Edinburgh we will hear from experts from the University and alumni community.

MBA alum, Ritesh Kotak, has dedicated his career to exploring how emerging tech will impact society and he will guide us through the world of AI with help from a whole range of speakers. How can we harness AI to help us do business better? Will our roles become redundant? How can our own human design help us thrive in a future world of robots and ChatGPT?

Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the School of Informatics, Michael Rovatsos, and colleagues from the Bayes Centre will be on hand to tell us about the innovative work happening within and in partnership with the University of Edinburgh.

For those unable to attend in person, sessions will be available online. We hope many of you will join us in Edinburgh for an energising, fun and thought-provoking day together.

If you think you can contribute to the day’s programme, we welcome your input! Please get in touch.
