Overview

Following the success of our first 'In Discussion' Session with Alan Jope, we're pleased to confirm we will now host a full series of these events from August 2020 to July 2021.

Our first speaker Gillian Gorman Round was recently announced as part of our Alumni 100 and is General Manager of American Crew, CND, Flesh and Gatineau brands, responsible for the global marketing, brand management and growth for each brand.

We will cover a number of topics including her memories of studying Business at the University of Edinburgh, women in leadership, global marketing and much more.

Throughout the session we will answer questions submitted from attendees in the chat box. You will also have the chance to submit questions in advance of the event during your registration.

About the Speaker

Gill joined Revlon in January of 2018 as General Manager of the Revlon Incubator, where she led the strategy for brand acquisition and investment for the portfolio.

Prior to Revlon Gill was the founder and CEO of The Round House, a consultancy firm focused on marketing, digital, commerce and content. Prior to The Round House she was the President of the Lucky Group, a joint venture between Conde Nast and Beachmint, where she was responsible for brand development and revenue.

Gill started her career at L’Oréal in the professional division before moving to the luxury division leading the marketing for Yves Saint Laurent Beauté (UK and US) and Lancôme (US).
