Programme overview
The residential programme is being held in Edinburgh in June 2024 and will be led by a team of academic and practitioners with expertise in strategy, conflict resolution, communications and leadership. The programme will provide practical tools drawing from international examples including Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Balkans.
Applications are welcome from Ukrainian women currently living in Scotland. The programme will be of particular interest to women with a professional background and ideally leadership responsibilities; experience of studying or working in an English-speaking context; and the ability to fully immerse in a residential programme in Edinburgh (4 day in total).

Fees
This programme is free for participants.
What's included?
Programme costs, catering and accommodation will be included for successful participants. A travel fund is also available to reimburse the costs of travelling to and from Edinburgh. Further information will be provided to successful participants.

Shortlisted applicants will have an opportunity to discuss the programme with a member of the team and any support required to enable their attendance.
Additional information
A maximum of 15 places are available and participants will be selected based on a range of factors including work experience, English language ability, and availability.
The programme is being delivered with the support of John Smith Trust, the Scottish Government, the University of Edinburgh Business School, and friends.
