Trilingual senior business manager with more than a decade of experience, specialised in energy infrastructure in Asia Pacific. At Shell, Deo strategised design and delivery of integrated capability development plans for 14 countries across Shell Asia Pacific and oversaw post-acquisition restructuring of Shell Japan. On previous role, Deo expanded Shell Indonesia’s lubricants business through high-value partnerships with Japanese automotive clients, earning multiple accolades, including the Shell Asia Pacific VP Award. Prior to Shell, Deo held senior roles at Nippon Kouatsu Electric in Japan, driving market penetration and operational improvements across Southeast Asia. Passionate about social change, Deo founded Amerta Virya Ekaputri Foundation, which funds scholarships for underprivileged students in Indonesia.
