Credit card details are required to make a booking and confirmation will be sent to your email address. Payment should be made directly with the accommodation provider at the time of your stay.

Edinburgh is a very popular tourist destination and hotel capacity is limited over the winter months. Conference delegates are therefore encouraged to book early to secure a booking at their preferred hotel. To secure the conference rate, some bookings will have to be made up to six weeks in advance of the conference.
