MiFID II’s new regulations covering research procurement will change how asset managers in Europe can buy, consume and pay for external research.
Under the new rules effective January 3rd 2018 fund managers will need to set pre-agreed budgets for research payments, provide detailed audit trails of payments made to research providers, and also disclose transparent methodologies as to how they select and pay for research.
In this Masterclass participants will focus on understanding what the options are and how to hone in on the key drivers for each attendee’s firm when making those choices.
Join us to:
- Review best practice
- Consider areas where your own firm’s practice may be improved
