Over 20 years’ experience in designing and implementing governance for transformation programs with a concurrent focus on new business development. Commenced career with EY, rapidly moving to senior manager level and being responsible for multiple internal growth programs over 11 years. Having redesigned the IT project office for Anglo American in 2008, joined KPMG as a senior manager responsible for major global new business projects, delivering in multiple countries across EMEA. Joined CWT in 2015 to redesign their IT portfolio governance office with a focus on digital transformation, later being moved to the customer and operations side of the business to manage the transformation office and project portfolio.

Developing into a senior leadership role in business operations, with a focus on ESG related teams; applying extensive experience of governance and senior stakeholder management to deliver the strategy for an organisation that is a leader in their industry sector.
