My research focuses on the intersection between a firm's conceptualization of talent/approaches to talent management and its implications for the accommodation and negotiation of idiosyncratic deals in knowledge-intensive firms in a sub-Saharan African context. I approach this research from multilevel perspectives (i.e. individual, organisational and societal levels) to unpack deeply embedded rhizomatic complexities influencing the functioning of idiosyncratic deals.
I have over 10 years of professional experience in managing talent and developing enduring organizational systems and processes. I have worked in various Human Resource Management capacities including as Director of HR and HR Consultant across sectors like media, marketing and manufacturing. I am a chartered member of the CIPD UK and an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management.
