Events, PR and Communications Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
Provides wide ranging and corporate level administrative, organisational and internal and external communication support for the activities, projects, events and developmental work of the Events Team, with primary operational responsibility for specific events; and supports the PR & Comms Manager within the School Operations Team.
Contributes to the management of in-person, online and hybrid events run by the Business School, ensuring that all aspects of the planning, programme, communications, marketing, experience and delivery of the events run smoothly, with a high level of customer service.
Liaises with the PR & Communications Manager, to co-ordinate and plan external and internal e-newsletters and social media activity distributed by the team, including scheduling, collation of content, editing, copywriting and distribution.
