Receptionist / Secretary
Roles and Responsibilities
Receptionist at Buccleuch Place entrance of the Business School. My main duties include:
- Meeting and greeting guests, students and members of the public via the main School reception desk at Buccleuch Place.
- Directing guests and students to the appropriate person/destination upon arrival at the School.
- Arranging General Assistant cover within the School and managing this process.
- Assisting the Facilities Manager with the day to day administration pertaining to faults reporting, general upkeep of the Business School etc.
- Arranging servitor cover for forthcoming School events.
Margaret has been with the Business School since September 2001 and has worked in various roles within the Corporate Development team i.e. Alumni and Corporate Relations, Careers, and Executive Education. I have been in my current role of Receptionist since April 2011.
