Quality and Accreditation Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
I am a member of the Quality and Accreditations Team, responsible for advancing the student experience through strategic survey management and data analysis within the Business School. I lead the continuous development and implementation of the Business School’s Course Enhancement Questionnaires (CEQs) and End-of-Programme Surveys across over 260 courses annually. My role involves designing dynamic data processes and Power BI dashboards, enabling senior leadership to make evidence-based decisions to enhance program quality and student satisfaction. I also play a key role in supporting the School’s accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and coordinating critical data collection and reporting.
Background
I joined the University in 2022 after relocating to Edinburgh from Canada, bringing with me a diverse background in quality assurance, strategic planning, and data management. Having worked across multiple roles in a family-owned property management business, I have developed a versatile skill set, applying data-driven solutions to support continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards. This foundation has equipped me with hands-on experience driving quality improvements and navigating complex operational challenges.
I am passionate about collaborating with academic and professional services teams to enhance the student experience, support accreditation processes, and implement strategic initiatives that drive long-term academic excellence.
