Career Summary

I am a purpose-driven strategist with over nine years’ experience in branding, edtech, and consulting across Southern Africa. As a personal brand strategist, I have supported African executives to enhance their brands and digital presence, managing executive portfolios that led to career transitions and national recognition. I have also built thought leadership platforms, developed internship programmes, and coached young professionals, successfully helping them secure permanent roles or promotions within 18 months. My international teaching experience in South Korea honed my cross-cultural communication skills, enabling me to foster collaboration and inclusive leadership. Recognized as a Zanele Mbeki Leadership Fellow, Former IWFSA Young Leaders Connect Communications Co-Chair, and Co-founding Chair of the OWLAG Alumni Network, I simplify complex ideas and grow leaders’ influence.

Key Skills

I connect vision with execution — translating purpose into strategic visibility, scalable messaging, and organisational credibility. With deep expertise in leadership branding, cross-cultural communication, and venture storytelling, I help organisations grow their influence and connect with investors, boards, and stakeholders in meaningful ways.

Future Objectives

I am building toward a leadership role at the intersection of purpose-led innovation and scalable business. Post-MBA, I aim to raise capital for my edtech startup currently in development and explore opportunities within venture capital or innovation hubs that support African founders. I am particularly drawn to sectors that blend technology, education, and culture to create long-term social and economic value.
