Career Summary

More than six years of experience in structured finance across Mexico's leading financial institutions, specialising in infrastructure and capital markets, with over $7 billion in placements. In my last position as Structured Finance Deputy Energy Director at Mexico’s largest development bank (Banobras), I arranged a long-term financing and valuation analysis for an ~8.5 GW power generating assets leveraged buyout, and structured loans for liquefied natural gas terminals, two oil refineries, drilling rigs, jack-ups and other infrastructure projects. Previously, as an Asset Manager at a Mexican investment fund, I participated in the securitisation of infrastructure projects through a Fibra-E IPO with a market capitalization of 22 billion Mexican Pesos, also led the project finance and active management of a portfolio of alternative investments.
