Last project in the United States Navy was to transition an advanced helicopter training squadron from the legacy Bell TH-57 to the advanced Leonardo TH-73 helicopter while maintaining current production requirements. During this time-frame, squadron was awarded the Vice Adm. Robert Goldthwaite Training Excellence Award for the top overall Naval Air Training Command.
