The University of Edinburgh maintains good relationships with a number of professional bodies and for this particular programme the main professional body is the Chartered Banker Institute. There will be several visiting speakers each semester from within the banking and finance industry, and there will be the opportunity for students to meet with practitioners to discuss issues related to research or career opportunities.

Chartered Banker Institute

The Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) recognises the equivalence between the CBI Diploma programme and the MSc in Banking Innovation and Risk Analytics.
