Overview
Organisations in the financial services sector face immense pressures due to demanding performance targets, swift changes, and increasing expectations from employees, clients, and the public. Compassionate leadership offers a tested method for creating environments where high performance and human well-being are mutually reinforcing - there is no need to compromise compassion for outstanding results.
In this free, online session, we will explore the evidence for the commercial value of compassionate leadership, followed by insights from financial service leaders who have implemented these approaches. Attendees will depart with actionable, evidence-based strategies that they can immediately apply.
The Centre for Compassionate Leadership and the Compassion in Financial Services Hub at Edinburgh Futures Institute (University of Edinburgh) are excited to host this unique event. It will start with a panel discussion and include plenty of opportunity for audience interaction through a Q&A session.
