I have been reviewing submissions for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting since 2022 and received the Best Reviewer Award from the Academy of Management's Organizational Behavior Division in 2023.

Research Interests

My research broadly focuses on understanding what people at work really need to flourish and the factors that hinder it. Specifically, I have recently published research in the areas of work stress and well-being, work motivation, and compensation management. I am particularly interested in applying advanced quantitative methods, including conjoint survey experiments and necessary condition analysis.

I am currently not eligible to act as a main PhD supervisor due to institutional rules.
