Alumni Database & Team Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
As part of the Partnership Development team, Norman looks after the database of the Business School's alumni, both undergraduate and postgraduate. He also maintains the alumni social media presence through LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
He processes enquiries, updates, and general information requests to and from the Business School's alumni, students and staff from around the world.
As part of the Alumni Team his work feeds into the events and communications that take place throughout the year.
