International Advisory Board Member
Background
Sabine Vinck is a Client Partner and Leadership Advisor at Spencer Stuart, where she works with the CEOs, boards and executive teams of leading global organisations. Her work focuses on accelerating leadership effectiveness at the most senior levels—spanning Chair, CEO and executive coaching, board and team dynamics, and long-term succession planning. She also leads the firm’s global Excellence and Innovation function, shaping the evolution of its leadership advisory offering.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sabine served as Associate Dean at London Business School, where she led the School’s Degree Programmes and subsequently Executive Education, delivering significant growth and increasing global recognition across both. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles in a global financial services firm. This breadth of experience underpins her pragmatic, commercially grounded approach to leadership and organisational effectiveness.
Sabine’s contributions to the leadership advisory profession have been widely recognised. She is a two-time recipient of the Spencer Stuart Lou Rieger Quality Award and was awarded the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) Industry Award for Excellence in 2023. She is also a recognised thought leader in leadership development: her co-authored Harvard Business Review article, The Leadership Odyssey, was selected for HBR’s “Must Reads on Emotional Intelligence” in 2025.
Sabine holds a master’s degree in education from Harvard University and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in applied physics from Cornell University. She is fluent in English, French and Italian, and speaks some Dutch. A trained pianist, she continues to perform regularly.
