In this TEDx Oxbridge talk, Business School Chair in Accounting, Professor Paolo Quattrone presents an alternative model of governance in organisations, communities and socie-ties.
Organisations can only benefit from challenging the conventional ‘corporate’ hierarchy. He argues that embracing diversity in governance can create tensions which make it easier for organisations to scrutinise the value and wisdom of the decisions they take, and in turn become more innovative.
