Business School exterior

The conference will explore the advantages of having a strong middle market to local communities, Universities and Colleges, to SMEs and supply-chain businesses and what are the lessons that can be learned and applied from the German Mittelstand model?

Hearing from the Cabinet Secretary, John Swinney MSP, leading sector representatives, education and skills specialists and business leaders, this event will explore Scotland’s mid-market potential:

What does it look like?

What are its strengths and weaknesses?

And how can we create and support the development of a robust mid-market, our own McMittelstand, here in Scotland?

The conference will take place on Tuesday 3rd December from 08:15-16:00 at the Business School.
