This hands-on, enterprise-focused programme gives engineering teams the skills to design, build, and deploy real agentic AI systems. No generic theory or static lectures, just practical, industry-shaped learning that drives measurable impact.

Programme overview

Over the course of 12 weeks, participants learn to design and implement single and multi-agent systems for real-world use. They take on live team challenges and join in-person sessions to kick off and close the programme. All other sessions will take place online. At the end of the programme, they will be ready to build, deploy, and optimise enterprise-scale agentic AI systems with impact.

Delivered in partnership between CodeClan and the University of Edinburgh Business School, this programme blends world-class academic rigour with an immersive, project-based approach.

Across 12 weeks, participants will gain practical experience in:

  • Agentic AI architecture and design principles
  • Prompt engineering and LLM optimisation techniques
  • Multi-agent orchestration and intelligent task automation
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for enterprise search & knowledge systems
  • AI governance, compliance and security fundamentals
  • Scalable deployment strategies for production-grade AI systems
  • Taking an idea from concept to prototype to deployed agentic solution

Every module feeds into a real-world project – a fully deployable agentic AI tool tailored to the participant’s organisations’ needs.

If you are looking to confidently move from AI awareness to AI deployment, then this programme gives you the tools to get there.
