"Its rich history, academic rigour, amazing staff (academic and support), Student Development Team, and location (not in any particular order)."

What's the one thing you think current students need to develop or learn before entering the modern workplace?

"Just one? Learn how to learn, especially from failure."

What are your memories of studying at the Business School?

"Too many to mention but all outstanding."

"The skill and value of self-reflection and self-awareness."

Proudest work-related achievement to date?

"Deciding to take a one-year educational sabbatical to get my MSc in International Human Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School."
