The University of Edinburgh Business School’s MSc in Management is among the world’s top 100 programmes, according to the 2024 rankings by the Financial Times.

In results published earlier today, our MSc has been ranked 6th in the UK and joint 88th worldwide.

The ranking looks at qualities such as the diversity of the School and the quality of faculty, and gathers valuable feedback from recent alumni about their subsequent career journey.

Key highlights include:

  • High percentage of international students (93%) - ranking 6th in the UK and joint 12th in the world
  • A very international faculty (77%) - ranking 5th in the UK and 13th in the world
  • High percentage of female students – ranking 1st in the UK and 6th in the world
  • High percentage of female faculty – ranking 2nd in the UK and 32nd in the world

We believe that these ranking results reflect the diverse and international staff and student body that we are so proud of.

Our MSc programme gives students an understanding of contemporary management issues in an ever-changing business environment, and the chance to apply their knowledge to real-life management challenges.
