What types of projects are suitable?

We specialise in helping startup businesses and companies looking to scale or optimise their operations.

Here are some examples of projects we've successfully worked on:

  • Digital marketing strategy: Crafting targeted strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers through digital channels.
  • Market research: Identifying new business opportunities and providing data-driven insights into growth potential, market trends, and emerging sectors.
  • Social media strategy: Developing a tailored social media approach to boost brand awareness, engage with your audience, and strengthen your brand presence in the market.
  • Market expansion & export strategies: Conducting rigorous market research to identify new routes to market, underpinned by solid insights to help design and support export strategies.

The project is completed during the second semester, running from early January to April each academic year. Each project is customised to fit the client’s preferences—some clients choose a more hands-on approach with weekly meetings, while others prefer a flexible, ad-hoc model with scheduled check-ins throughout the semester. The project culminates in a formal presentation (either in person or online), followed by a comprehensive consultancy report. This report includes the students' research, analysis, and actionable recommendations tailored to your business needs.
