In this 6 part series, we explore the greatest challenges boards are encountering today and share their successes. Each session is led by experienced NXDs from different areas of industry.

In a joint venture with FWB Park Brown, we are proud to offer this programme of events for the 6th year running.

The programme once again focuses on current challenges facing boards and NXDs. This year, the series includes emerging technology, cyber security, sustainability, compliance and performance evaluation.

Each session is highly practical. Led by experienced Chairs and NXDs, it is aimed at those interested in all types and sizes of organisation including listed, private, entrepreneurial, SMEs, public sector and not-for-profit.

We welcome back previous delegates to discuss the latest insights as well as those looking to understand more about the role of a non-executive director.

This NXD programme has been quite simply the most rewarding investment in my development to date. The open sharing of expert challenges and successes is absolutely invaluable.

The programme acts as a generator of ideas, challenges and new thinking. Shared experience is central to the workshops and provides endless food for thought from some of the best NXDs operating in this country today.
