For teaching, the School operates a system of programme management. Each programme has its own Director, supported by a mix of shared and dedicated administrative support.

Programme Directors and Programme Administrators meet on a monthly basis in the Programme Directors' Forum, chaired by the Director of Programmes. The Director of Programmes oversees the School's portfolio of degree programmes and is the main conduit between the Forum and the Executive Team.
